My grandmother and great aunt are two of the most amazing women I’ve ever known. They were fun, smart and, oh, so loving. Who knew they were also fashionistas?! Aunt Osa’s thoughts that she wrote in my Grandma Velma’s memory book are so insightful for a teenager. A lot of pages had rhymes and “you’re so great” comments, but her words spoke to how she lived her life well into her later years. I wish I had seen this when they were both alive so we could’ve discussed it. I miss them both…
